Morning Meditation

Take a deep breath and slowly breath out. Start to imagine your problems, troubles, or concerns. As each one pops into your mind picture them turning into balloons and slowly floating away. As they drift feel the weight of them coming off your shoulders. You are starting to feel light and care free. Keep watching your problems float away until they don’t feel as such a burden.

As you go through today remember to try to separate yourself from your problems. Having an outside perspective may help to solve them quicker.
