Morning Meditation

There isn’t a person out there who hasn’t experience hardship, suffering, and misery. It helps to shape who we are. Instead of focusing on all that is wrong today try looking on the bright side. See all that is good. Open your eyes and see the sky, the grass, notice someone’s smile. All those wonderful things.

As you go through today reflect on the amazing things that you have in your life. From the simplest, smallest pleasures to the great big, obvious things.
