Morning Meditations

Clear your mind. Focus on your breath.

Become aware of your breath as you breath in and out through your nose.

As you breath declare to yourself:

It is always my choice to live free from fear, worry, envy, or judgement. I choose to let go of those reactions and live in peace instead.

With each exhale feel yourself push out the fear, worry, and envy.

With each inhale feel the love and peace.
