Morning Meditation

November 20, 2010

Take a deep breath and release.

Let go of the negativity,

the stress,

and all the self hating thoughts.

Focus on you.

See everything you have to appreciate.

With each exhale let out the negativity.

With each inhale let in joy, happiness, and peace.

Repeat to yourself:

I am letting go of the negative things in my life. How I see the world creates my happiness. I find many things to appreciate. I deserve my own happiness.

Throughout the day remind yourself of this. When you start to feel the negative state all of the positive things in your life.
