Good morning friends. This morning I thought that we could all use a little happiness in our life so today’s meditation focuses on joy.
Take a deep breath.
Let out all the negativity in your body as you release your breath.
As you breath focus on this affirmation:
I look for the joy in my life and take action to create it in all that I do. Instead of waiting for it in the future. I find many ways to bring happiness to my life.
