Hello friends. Today we are going to work on a meditation that slows the mind, calms your soul, and promotes serenity.
Find a comfortable seat and close your eyes. Take a deep breath and exhale a few times. Reflect on the question:
“What would bring balance to my life and create wholeness?”
Keep breathing. Inhale. Exhale. Contemplate the thought. Wait. Let an image or an idea to appear.
Think about each idea that came to you. Be still with it.
